Transparent and clear overview of equipment

Helsinki Music Centre chose Trail as its equipment management system in 2011. The Music Hall is a 38,700 square meter building with six concert halls. Its main users are the Helsinki City Orchestra, the Radio Symphony Orchestra, and the Sibelius Academy.

Helsinki Music Centre has equipment that is used by all operators as well as each main operator's own equipment. In addition, numerous guest performers bring their own equipment to the house for the duration of their performance. In this case, it is important that Music Centre’s own equipment is easily identifiable.

Responsible AssetOps culture and a functioning equipment management system Trail help Helsinki Music Centre to reduce equipment loss and save time spent on searching for equipment.
