Single Sign-On (SSO) Integration activates seamless user authentication through SSO. The integration creates automatically user IDs and authenticates users via the Customer's SSO.

Microsoft Graph Directory Synchronisation enables automatic user account maintenance in Trail. Synchronising Trail with the user directory enables real-time updates on employees.

Module for lending equipment enables fast handouts, exchanges, and returns of equipment to identified users. In addition, it allows monitoring of which equipment has been handed over to which user and to analyse the number of lendings, returns, and equipment deletions in the reports view.

It is possible to integrate Trail with a self-service locker operated by smart codes. Locker provides operational flexibility with the 24/7 pickup and return possibility. Lockers are efficient for example in managing equipment loans to students or school staff, for example, the availability of a laptop replacing immediately a broken one.

The driving journal functionality provides an easy and efficient way to track vehicle usage and manage logbooks digitally. This functionality is designed to meet the requirements of both the company and the tax authorities, enabling an accurate and up-to-date logbook. The Trail Driving Journal allows all key vehicle-related functionality; runs, maintenance, and reservations to be managed from a single central location.

Trail Training is a two-hour training session on a pre-determined customer-requested topic. Training can be planned for example for new Trail users. It's also possible to plan a training session for a specified topic, such as maintenance, inventories, reservations, or asset tagging and available technologies. Training can be organised as a remote session or as an on-site session.

Some of the Trail labels are customisable and the first customisation of the label is completed during the implementation of the service when a decision has been made to use Trail printers for producing the labels.

Trail audit includes a one-time review of the quality of the data in the Trail environment. A typical audit includes for example a review of the existing item models (including a check for duplicates) and categories (including a check for good naming practices). Based on the review, a report is produced including observations and recommendations about the possible data improvements and links to relevant Trail guidance for the future.
